The Arrowsmith Program at Horizon Prep.
Arrowsmith is a remarkable program. Families are selling their homes and moving to San Diego to enroll at Horizon Prep so their kids can be a part of the Arrowsmith Program.
Arrowsmith is a program for sharp children that have a specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, or dysgraphia. Horizon Prep is one of two schools in California that offer the Arrowsmith program.

Coach Rich Nicolosi joins us to talk about the new eight-man tackle football program at Horizon Prep.
Coach Nicolosi talks about the genesis of the program from no students, no equipment, and no money, to a full team with top of the line helmets and pads.
Coach Nicolosi and Will talk about many aspects of the program including the steps taken to minimize the risk of injury, how classroom sessions can make the students better football players, and the role of the booster club in coming alongside the multiple athletic programs to set the students up for success.
